There are 250 children from three villages attending classes in these government-sponsored schools from preschool through 10th grade, all in much need of basic necessities. The aim  of NextVision is to provide the school children of Naduvalur with basic educational necessities and access to simple childhood pleasures, 

Pre-school/Palwadi School:  This school is for the village children ages 4 and younger.  This school has one big room with a small kitchen, a store room, and a bathroom.  Snacks and lunch are provided at the kitchen.

This school is also used for prenatal and newborn care. Nurses from the local government hospital check for height, weight, and nutrition of the newborn once a month.  

Elementary School:  This school is for children first through the fifth grade. Children from three villages -- Mel Naduvalur, Keel Naduvalur and Muthiampalayam attend this school. This school has four big classrooms and a principal's office.  The rest of the amenities are to the minimum.  There are four teachers and a principal. There are about ninety children in attendance.  Since it is a government school, all materials are supplied by the government, including one set of uniforms, books, and other basic materials.  Lunches for the children are made fresh every day by a cook.
